Lizz and I would like to take a moment to welcome you to the new website! Look around, explore, send us some feedback! While the website may be new, our experience in the industry is not.
Lizz has spent the last 7 years building her business in the Rochester area. She has helped hundreds of people sign up for insurance through The Marketplace (NYSOH) and enroll in Medicare. Her current clients have primarily met her through educational seminars and word of mouth referrals and they keep her busy! Lizz spends most of her day in meetings with clients learning their needs, providing education, guiding them in their decisions and helping if something isn’t working right. That left little time for things like Social Media and websites.
A year ago, Lizz came to the conclusion that she needed help to ensure her clients continued to receive the customer service, attention, timely feedback and care that they’ve come to expect and Lizz prides herself on. That’s where I came into the mix. I met Lizz with 6 years of experience in benefits and was looking for a change that better suited my family. I now spend my day answering calls and questions, researching billing issues, working on projects for Lizz and helping people sign up for coverage through The Marketplace (NYSOH) and enroll in Medicare.
This spring and summer we’ve been able to work on and chip off some big projects on Lizz’s list! Including cleaning up some things on the backend, coming up with a slogan, updating our Social Media, ordering some new tchatche’s, and creating our website!
We’re excited for our upcoming busy season because we’re ready for it!
